Susrutha Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Hospital, founded in 1986 by Prof. Dr. B. SatyaNarayana, is a centre dedicated exclusively to Ayurvedic management of ano-rectal disorders. Over four decades it has treated more than one lakh patients with anal fistula, fissure, hemorrhoids, pilonidal sinus, rectal prolapse and recto-vaginal fistula, including complex and recurrent cases.

Its approach combines the classical principles of Shalyatantra with contemporary diagnostics such as sonography and MRI. Treatment is individualized and ranges from conservative care to para-surgical and surgical procedures, with particular expertise in Ksharasutra therapy.

The hospital is led by a retired Professor of Shalyatantra with more than 40years of clinical experience and a long record of postgraduate teaching and university examinership. It remains committed to preserving and advancing Ayurvedic ano-rectal care.
